Shivam Cements Limited is a Nepali cement manufacturer founded in 2003, with its main integrated plant at Hetauda producing both clinker and cement from company-owned limestone quarries. It began commercial production in 2011 and in 2015 became the first wholly Nepali-owned cement company to list on the Nepal Stock Exchange. It later partnered with China's Hongshi Group to expand capacity in Nawalparasi.
